Welcome to Raaye AI ("Raaye", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Heliosoft Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Raaye web application and related services ("Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Raaye.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Raaye. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, LinkedIn Sign-In, or email verification (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
Raaye may allow you to use certain features as a guest user. Guest users can create and save content but cannot publish posts until their account is linked to a supported sign-in method.
Raaye helps users create AI-assisted LinkedIn content. You agree to use the Services responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it.
Raaye uses third-party AI providers to generate content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing. You remain responsible for any content you publish using Raaye.
If you connect your LinkedIn account, you authorize Raaye to access the information and permissions you approve through LinkedIn. When you choose to publish content through Raaye, we will only post on your behalf with your authorization. Your use of LinkedIn through Raaye is also subject to LinkedIn's own terms and policies.
You retain ownership of the content you create using Raaye. By using our Services, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services. You may delete your content or your account at any time.

Raaye, including its software, branding, logos, and design, is owned by Heliosoft Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the Services except for the content you create.
Raaye integrates with third-party services, including Google, LinkedIn, and AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We work to keep Raaye available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Raaye is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services or any AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heliosoft Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability relating to your use of Raaye will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services during the 12 months before the claim arose. If you have not paid for the Services, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Raaye or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that may harm Raaye, our users, or others.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify users where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Heliosoft Ltd.'s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
